Day 9:

Back to running today, in my new trainers, they were great and had no pain or blisters at all!

Completed 6.63 miles in my hour today which I am pretty pleased with.  I think if I can stick to doing 5-7 miles running and 15-18 on the bike on alternate days then that will be pretty good going.

Really enjoying the challenge, even if my body is starting to ache, will continue to user the foam roller and stretch as much as possible.
