Day 15:

I ran 7.03 miles this morning which was an enjoyable run. My glutes and hamstrings felt pretty tight from some other workouts I have been doing but still covered a good distance in my hour.

Hoping to keep increasing my distance and reduce my average pace per mile.

Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. I'm trying to make the most of this opportunity as we might not ever get this period of time away from work again. There are obvious and necessary constraints but I am still trying to enjoy this period as much as possible. I'm missing my friends, family, the kids at school and rugby but still in good spirits.
